Why One IT and Why Office 365?
One IT has been working with Microsoft Cloud email services for over 8 years and in that time we have seen the product evolve from BPOS into Live@Edu, and now Office 365. Along the way we have been through many upgrades and migrations an seen every feature evolve into the robust platform it is today.
We have been working primarily with schools for most of the last 8 years however in the last 3 years we have rapidly expanded our support offerings to multiple Academy’s, Academy Trusts, Charity’s and Local Business’s so we have a broad understanding of both education and business needs.

One IT understands schools need’s for child protection and has built and extensive list of bad word and bad phrase filters that we apply to all student email accounts by default, we contact schools directly if any breach occurs so that schools have the ability to react quickly to any incident. Schools can also choose to block external email sent to and from students to create a “walled garden” where students can only communicate with other students to further enhance online safety
